Reset your forgotten Deakin Student password

NOTE: From 2022, Student Usernames are in the format of 's123456789'. This will be a lowercase 's' followed by your Student ID number.
Your Student ID number and Username are not the same.

If you do not know your Username, you can find it in the Password Reset Portal here, after entering your Student ID number and Date of Birth.

The Reset Forgotten Password page is different for domestic and international students.
International students do not have the option to complete a password reset via SMS as the password reset tool is only functional with Australian mobile carriers.

International students can instead complete a password reset using an alternate email address. The verification code will be sent to this email address, so it is important that it is already listed in StudentConnect.
