Deakin Mobile – Device & service approval requirements


The head of the organisational area will ensure that there is a genuine business need or other benefit to the University, prior to purchasing and/or allocating a corporate mobile communication device and/or service.

This includes when staff are:

Corporate devices should only be allocated to staff in fixed-term and continuing roles with the University.

How do I get approval?

Approval for a corporate mobile device/service is required from the head of your organisational area (an email is sufficient).
