Overview

This article covers how to use the functions of a small classroom or teaching space.

The following equipment and functions will be found within Deakin's small classrooms and teaching spaces:

Projector   OR   Smartboard	Document Camera	Laptop Connection	Keypad Controls
Wi-Fi	IP Phone	PC with DVD

Projector and Smartboard Displays

	Turn on the projector or smartboard.
	Display the room’s computer.
	Display the output from the device connected to the supplied VGA cable.
	Display the Document Camera.
	Mute the current display (i.e. projector or smartboard will just display black).
	Turn off the projector or smartboard.
	Automatically adjust the projector display to the correct image format (e.g. if the image is off-centre, it will centre it).

Audio

Turn the knob clockwise to turn the volume up. Turn the knob anti-clockwise to turn the volume down. Press the knob to mute/unmute the audio.
