Your Access Plan will be emailed to your Deakin Student email address when you and your Disability Liaison Officer (DLO) have finalised it.
If you have misplaced your Access Plan, check your email inbox (and check the spam or junk mail folder as well). If you can't find it after checking, please email the Disability Resource Centre at drcentre@deakin.edu.au and we can arrange for a copy to be emailed to your Student email inbox.
