Problem description: Users have reported that they are unable to submit Portfolio Presentations, and are receiving advice that their submissions are only in bytes instead of Kb or Mb. This usually occurs after a timeout when they are attempting to upload, indicates a failure to upload and their file is corrupt.
Problem workaround: The workaround at this time is for the file to be uploaded again, ensuring that there are no special characters in the title or the Artifacts, and ensure that the length of the title or Artifact is around 30 characters or less (including spaces).
The issue has been raised with the vendor and a case has been created. The issue has been recognised as a bug, a fix is expected to be made available in future releases.
