Some meeting rooms and specialised classrooms have ceiling microphones installed to clearly pick up audio from everyone in the room for videoconferencing or classroom interaction.

How do I make sure it is working?

On the top right of the AMX touch panel, check the microphone has not been set to mute (i.e. flashing red). If it has, tap the microphone to un-mute it.
